SHIPPING POLICY
Thanks for choosing Salmon’s Console Garage! We provide domestic shipping across the U.S. for both physical products and mail-in repair services. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. We're a hands-on operation, so while we aim to move fast, please allow a bit of time—especially during busy periods or as we build up our shipping setup.

Shipping Carriers & Rates
We ship using the most cost-effective option available, typically USPS or UPS. We do not use FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Tracking & Insurance
Every shipment includes tracking and basic insurance coverage. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order leaves our garage.

Repair Services Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping their devices to us. Return shipping costs will either be invoiced separately or included in your repair service fee, depending on the job. Detailed instructions are provided when you book a repair.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We pack each order with care. If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, reach out to us right away. We'll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
