REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase or repair. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and repairs:

Returns on Products
If you purchased a physical product (like a modded console or accessory) and need to return it, you may do so within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all included parts.

  • To start a return, contact us at support@salmonsconsolegarage.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus original shipping costs, if applicable).

Repairs & Services
All repairs and modifications are covered by a 30-day workmanship guarantee from the date the item is delivered back to you. If something goes wrong due to our work, we’ll fix it at no charge.

  • This does not cover issues caused by user damage, shipping mishandling, or problems unrelated to our service.

  • Shipping costs for warranty repairs are the customer’s responsibility both ways unless otherwise agreed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or made-to-order items (when offered)

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

  • Repairs where the issue is unrelated to our work
